1. Purpose

This Protocol governs all client inquiries, quotations, and pre-engagement communications. It is established to protect the operational, financial, and legal interests of GL EAST LLC while ensuring compliance with applicable Massachusetts laws and NADCA standards.

2. Quotation Process

• Quotations are provided primarily through verbal communication (telephone or in-person).

• A limited written confirmation of price and basic scope may be issued at the company’s sole discretion.

• GL EAST LLC is under no obligation to prepare, revise, or deliver detailed technical proposals, method statements, process documentation, or custom reports prior to a formal agreement.

3. Required Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete basic information necessary for evaluation. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the company declining to issue a quotation.

4. Right to Decline

GL EAST LLC expressly reserves the unrestricted right to decline any inquiry, request, or project, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Excessive or unreasonable demands for documentation

• Requests that fall outside standard operational procedures

• Any circumstance deemed incompatible with company standards or risk tolerance

No explanation is required when declining an inquiry.

5. No Contractual Obligation

Any communication, quotation, discussion, or exchange of information does not create a binding contract, agreement, or obligation to perform services. A binding agreement exists only when a formal written contract or service authorization is executed by both parties.

6. Compliance

All services, when accepted, are performed in accordance with:

• Applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• NADCA ACR standards and Code of Ethics

• Company operational procedures

7. Limitation of Liability for Pre-Engagement Activities

GL EAST LLC shall have no liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from inquiries, quotations, or communications that do not result in an executed service agreement.

8. Modifications

This Protocol may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice. The version published on the company website at the time of the inquiry shall apply.
